Role Overview

A well-established road and infrastructure company in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to support its Human Resources function. The role is suited to someone who can manage a high-volume hiring process and coordinate recruitment activities across different job levels.

What the Role Involves

• Handling the full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates through to onboarding.
• Coordinating interviews, managing offers, and supporting the hiring process end to end.
• Working on both white-collar and blue-collar hiring requirements.
• Supporting recruitment needs across a busy, fast-moving environment with multiple open roles at once.

What the Employer Is Looking For

• 5 to 7 years of practical experience in recruitment.
• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
• Experience recruiting for construction, road, or infrastructure businesses is preferred.
• Strong communication, planning, coordination, and stakeholder handling abilities.
• Comfort working with Microsoft Office and HR or recruitment software.
