Role Overview

Join a confidential privately held Arizona organization through Keller Group to support rapid hiring across several operational teams. This is a direct-hire role for a recruiter who is comfortable working in a fast-moving environment, is skilled at evaluating candidates, and can help sharpen recruiting practices during a period of meaningful growth. The position is based in Phoenix, AZ and is primarily onsite. Applicants must live in the Greater Phoenix area. There may also be occasional travel to other Arizona locations, with mileage reimbursed.

What You Will Do

• Own end-to-end, high-volume recruiting for operational, warehouse, delivery, sales, and support positions.
• Work closely with hiring managers and HR leaders to understand staffing needs and prioritize open roles.
• Screen and assess candidates carefully to help lower no-shows and reduce early turnover.
• Manage always-open requisitions and keep candidate pipelines active and healthy.
• Develop trust and strong working relationships with leaders in operations, sales, and support departments.
• Recommend and put into practice process improvements that make hiring faster and more effective.
• Use recruiting systems and applicant tracking tools to support day-to-day hiring activity.
• Provide a smooth and positive experience for candidates from start to finish.
• Serve as a dependable recruiting partner who demonstrates good judgment and strong attention to detail.

What We Are Looking For

• At least 3 years of experience in recruiting.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, though not mandatory.
• Background recruiting for high-volume environments such as distribution, logistics, warehouse, manufacturing, or similar fields is preferred.
• Proven ability to evaluate candidates thoroughly and make sound hiring recommendations.
• Strong relationship-building ability with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems; familiarity with ADP is considered an advantage.
• Comfort with process improvement and finding more efficient ways to recruit.
• Well-developed organizational skills and close attention to detail.
• Self-driven approach with the ability to work effectively in a changing, fast-paced setting.

Location and Travel

This position is mainly onsite in Phoenix, Arizona. Candidates need to be located in the Greater Phoenix area. Some travel to other Arizona locations may be needed, and mileage reimbursement will be provided.
