Role overview

This position is for a full-time Real Estate Agent based in Singapore, with a hybrid work arrangement. The role centers on guiding clients through property transactions, covering purchase, sale, and rental needs while maintaining high service standards.

Key duties

• Support clients through the process of buying, selling, and leasing properties.
• Review property markets and assess trends to inform client recommendations.
• Maintain and update property listings so they remain accurate and current.
• Negotiate transaction terms and help close deals effectively.
• Deliver attentive customer service and nurture durable client relationships.
• Keep abreast of property regulations and market movements to offer sound guidance.

Required qualifications

• A current Real Estate License is mandatory.
• Strong client-handling skills, including clear communication and relationship management.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently as well as with others in a hybrid setting.
