You will be part of the AUNZ Quality hub and will report to the AU Quality Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Run and maintain the local Quality Management System in accordance with GSK standards, GMP and applicable local rules, including self-inspections and support during external audits and inspections.
- Assess batch records to enable timely lot release, and take the lead or actively contribute to investigations, root-cause analysis and corrective actions for deviations, complaints and audit outcomes.
- Track quality performance measures, analyse trends, coordinate quality-related work with third parties and cross-functional teams, and support ongoing improvement efforts.
- Work closely with internal partners to support product launches and commercial activity while strengthening quality behaviours and stakeholder engagement.
About You
We are looking for a quality leader who can work confidently in a cross-functional, global setting and bring strong leadership skills to the role.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant science or engineering field, or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Three to five years of experience in quality assurance or operational quality within life sciences or pharma, including at least two years in a management role.
- Solid hands-on knowledge of GMP and GDocP, with experience in batch documentation review, in-process checks, product release, and handling deviations, CAPAs, investigations and quality records.
- Good command of MS Office and standard business systems, along with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Added advantage: experience with ERP or quality systems such as SAP, knowledge of data integrity principles, and exposure to self-inspections, internal audits or regulatory inspections.
- Added advantage: experience working with third-party manufacturers, warehousing or distribution operations.
- Ability to stay effective under pressure and manage several priorities at the same time.
