QA Tester / Test Analyst

• Review system requirements and translate them into effective test strategies.
• Confirm that bug fixes work as expected before release.
• Compile test summaries and share testing status with relevant stakeholders.
• Assist with release activities and validate systems after deployment.
• Help improve QA practices and testing methods over time.
• Support automation testing efforts where needed.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a similar discipline.
• Prior experience in software testing, quality assurance, or test analysis is desirable.
• Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Hands-on exposure to defect tracking and test management tools.
• Strong analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and close attention to detail.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Must be legally authorized to work in New Zealand.
