An opportunity is available for an experienced Project Planner to work from the employer’s headquarters in Slane, County Meath, supporting large data centre projects across Europe. Responsibilities

• Create and continually refine detailed project schedules, making sure scope, milestones, and resource planning are properly connected.
• Track actual progress against the approved baseline and act early when delays or risks begin to affect delivery.
• Visit sites regularly to collect current information and keep the plan aligned with what is happening on the ground.
• Run planning discussions with internal teams and external partners so timelines stay coordinated with site progress.
• Suggest changes to sequencing and resourcing that can improve efficiency and help milestones stay on target.
• Fold approved scope changes and variations into the programme in coordination with commercial and delivery stakeholders.
• Prepare and share accurate progress updates for site leadership and senior management.
• Help develop mitigation actions by assessing schedule impacts and defining corrective steps.
• Contribute to short-term lookahead plans that support day-to-day site execution.
• Keep all planning records, data, and documentation organised and compliant with project and company standards.

Requirements

• A degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline is preferred.
• Advanced working knowledge of Primavera P6 is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in planning and scheduling on large projects.
• Experience on data centre projects would be a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical ability with the confidence to interpret complex project information and explain it clearly.
• Proven stakeholder management skills and a cooperative, team-focused approach.
• EU citizenship or the right to travel freely throughout the EU.

Applicants should be able to work on-site in Slane, County Meath, and must either hold EU citizenship or have unrestricted freedom of movement within the EU. Candidates with relevant planning experience in large-scale projects, especially data centres, are best suited to the role.
