Role overview
This full-time Project Manager position is based in Dubai, UAE and follows a Monday to Friday schedule. The role sits within Project & Development Services and focuses on delivering medium to large construction and fit-out assignments to the required standards of quality, safety, timing, and budget.

What the role involves
The Project Manager will take ownership of day-to-day project delivery and act as a proactive coordinator across contractors, consultants, internal teams, and clients. The position requires strong planning, communication, and leadership to keep projects moving smoothly from initiation through completion.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily project activities so work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality level.
- Work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure transparent communication and accurate progress monitoring.
- Help develop budgets, project schedules, reports, and presentation materials, keeping all documentation timely and correct.
- Support procurement, contractor assessment, and tendering activities, including preparing tender packages and reviewing submissions.
- Monitor milestones and deliverables, then provide stakeholders with regular status updates and performance insights.
- Make sure company procedures, health and safety rules, and sustainability goals are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Run project meetings and address issues, risks, and concerns raised by stakeholders.
- Guide and mentor junior team members to support their growth and strengthen overall team performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as finance, legal, and operations to keep execution aligned with wider business objectives.
Required background
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management is required.
- At least 5 to 8 years of project management experience in real estate, construction, or consultancy environments.
- Ability to independently manage commercial, fit-out, or mixed-use projects.
- Solid understanding of design coordination, cost management, and construction methods.
- Strong communication, stakeholder handling, and reporting capabilities.
- PMP or a similar certification is preferred.
- Capability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Working knowledge of commercial real estate market dynamics.
