This full-time Project Manager position is based in Dubai, UAE and follows a Monday to Friday schedule. What the role involves

The Project Manager will take ownership of day-to-day project delivery and act as a proactive coordinator across contractors, consultants, internal teams, and clients. The position requires strong planning, communication, and leadership to keep projects moving smoothly from initiation through completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily project activities so work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality level.
• Work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure transparent communication and accurate progress monitoring.
• Help develop budgets, project schedules, reports, and presentation materials, keeping all documentation timely and correct.
• Support procurement, contractor assessment, and tendering activities, including preparing tender packages and reviewing submissions.
• Monitor milestones and deliverables, then provide stakeholders with regular status updates and performance insights.
• Make sure company procedures, health and safety rules, and sustainability goals are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Run project meetings and address issues, risks, and concerns raised by stakeholders.
• Guide and mentor junior team members to support their growth and strengthen overall team performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as finance, legal, and operations to keep execution aligned with wider business objectives.

Required background

• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management is required.
• At least 5 to 8 years of project management experience in real estate, construction, or consultancy environments.
• Ability to independently manage commercial, fit-out, or mixed-use projects.
• Solid understanding of design coordination, cost management, and construction methods.
• Strong communication, stakeholder handling, and reporting capabilities.
• PMP or a similar certification is preferred.
• Capability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Working knowledge of commercial real estate market dynamics.
