  • Test new features for bugs and process gaps, then drive corrective action where needed.
  • Continuously improve product features so they stay relevant and effective.
  • Support journey management for multiple products and help ensure smooth delivery of project journeys.
  • Use business projections to prioritize and align projects.
  • Review channel feedback and convert it into improvements in digital experience.
  • Benchmark managed products against competitor offerings in features, processes, capabilities, and UI/UX.
  • Ensure projects and processes are taken live successfully, while coordinating execution from concept initiation through go-live.
