Product Executive

Role overview

This position is for a Product Executive based in Singapore. The role is designed for someone early in their career who is eager to work closely with AI agents, structured workflows, and product operations tasks. The focus is on careful execution, accurate observation, and clear communication rather than independent strategy or diagnosis.

What you will do

• Carry out well-defined tasks inside the harness function, such as connector upkeep, test case runs, and documentation improvements, while keeping mistakes to a minimum and finishing work on schedule.
• Follow instructions precisely, ask for clarification when something is unclear, and escalate issues quickly if something appears incorrect.
• Observe agent responses and behaviour across assigned test scenarios, then record unusual outputs, failures, and inconsistencies in a structured format.
• Focus on identifying and reporting problems accurately rather than determining root causes on your own.
• Maintain thorough documentation covering test cases, integration steps, and observations about agent behaviour so the team can build reusable knowledge as the function grows.
• Help gather user feedback and product signals under guidance by running surveys, collecting answers, and organizing results into a usable format.
• Continuously learn the tools, systems, and concepts involved in the work, ask thoughtful questions, and make use of feedback to improve.

Candidate profile

• Best suited to a fresh graduate or someone with up to 1 year of experience in a technical, product, or operations role.
• Has basic coding ability in at least one language, with Python preferred, and is comfortable using structured tools and workflows.
• Understands the fundamentals of AI agents, including prompts, tool calls, and common failure modes.
• Shows strong attention to detail, dependable follow-through, and a habit of surfacing blockers early.
• Can connect individual tasks to broader outcomes and notice when work appears misaligned with the objective.
• Has genuine curiosity about agentic AI and may have used AI tools personally, experimented with side projects, or tinkered with related products.
• Communicates clearly in writing and can document work, observations, and processes in a structured way.

Additional and preferred qualifications

• Exposure to software testing, quality assurance, or QA-style workflows, including academic or hobby projects.
• Comfort using Git and working within a structured codebase, even without deep engineering experience.
• Hands-on familiarity with LLM-based agent tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Manus, or similar products.
• Any experience in data analysis, product operations, or user research, including part-time, freelance, or coursework-based exposure.
