Product Coordinator

Role Overview

This position is for a Product Coordinator based in Delhi. The role focuses on keeping projects organized, supporting smooth execution across teams, and ensuring that timelines, deliverables, and communication stay on track.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main coordination contact for assigned projects and initiatives.
• Work closely with internal teams and relevant stakeholders to keep execution moving smoothly.
• Monitor project status, identify pending tasks, and follow up until they are closed.
• Keep trackers, reports, and project records updated and well-maintained.
• Set up meeting agendas, record meeting notes, and follow up on action points and deliverables.
• Facilitate timely communication between teams and company leadership.
• Keep an eye on deadlines and send reminders to ensure milestones are met.
• Spot possible project risks and escalate concerns whenever needed.
• Prepare weekly as well as monthly progress updates.
• Help different departments work together effectively on shared initiatives.
