Overview
As a Personal Assistant to the General Manager, you will play a key support role in daily hotel operations while helping create the warm, memorable service experience associated with Hilton. In this position, you will assist the General Manager and department leaders with administrative coordination, guest communication, and day-to-day office support.
What You Will Do
- Help keep office functions running smoothly by handling tasks such as document preparation, data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Respond to guest queries and interactions in a prompt, polished, and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and written correspondence efficiently.
- Arrange travel and booking details for department managers.
- Support team initiatives, special projects, and other assigned administrative work.
