Role overview

This role supports payment and transaction processing for transactional banking products in Singapore. The position is focused on accurate execution, strong operational control, and active support for related banking operations work.

Key responsibilities

• Process transactions across all transactional banking products with accuracy and within required timelines.
• Check customer instructions thoroughly before any processing takes place, maintaining a strict zero-error standard.
• Assist with treasury settlement activities and other day-to-day operations tasks when required.
• Look into reconciliation differences and work toward resolving any breaks identified.
• Contribute to payment initiatives, system upgrades, and industry testing by coordinating with stakeholders, raising requests, preparing test scenarios, and carrying out test execution.

Requirements

• Experience in payment operations is preferred.
• Familiarity with SWIFT payment message formats and related banking systems is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a busy, changing environment while handling several priorities at once.
• Strong sense of teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail.
• About 3 years of experience in banking, ideally in payment operations, is preferred.
