For the Hannover delivery base at Weidendamm, a parcel delivery position is available with Deutsche Post DHL. The role is offered as a full-time fixed-term job with an immediate start.

Compensation and benefits

• Hourly pay of €17.92 under the tariff agreement, including 50% Christmas bonus plus a regional labor market allowance.
• An additional 50% Christmas bonus is paid in November.
• Vacation pay of up to €332 is included.
• The position starts immediately on a fixed-term full-time basis, with 38.5 working hours per week.

Main duties

• Deliver parcel shipments using the tools and aids provided.
• Handle consignments that weigh less than 10 kg on average.
• Carry out deliveries using company vehicles, including fully electric models.

Candidate profile

• You must be legally allowed to drive a car.
• You should be able to communicate in German.
• You need to be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and able to handle physical tasks.
• Reliability and commitment are essential.

Working pattern and additional information

You will be on the road five working days per week, between Monday and Saturday, using modern vehicles. The deliveries range from everyday items such as sneakers to larger parcels like gas grills. Career changers and students are welcome to apply.
