Role overview
The organization is looking for an experienced Organizational Development Manager to drive programs that improve effectiveness, engagement, leadership capability, and culture across the business. In this position, you will shape and roll out development strategies, guide change efforts, and work closely with leaders to strengthen results and overall organizational health.
Key responsibilities
- Create and implement organizational development plans that support business goals.
- Lead initiatives that strengthen culture, boost employee engagement, and improve organizational effectiveness.
- Carry out organizational reviews and workforce analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Build and deliver leadership development, talent development, and succession planning initiatives.
- Work alongside HR and business leaders to support organizational change programs.
- Develop systems for performance improvement, competency building, and career progression.
- Review employee feedback, engagement survey results, and organizational data to recommend practical actions.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and broader organizational development activities.
- Support change management during transformation projects.
- Track the results of OD initiatives and prepare updates for senior leadership.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a similar field is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in organizational development, talent management, learning and development, or a closely related area.
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or managerial position is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of organizational design, change management, employee engagement, and leadership development.
- Proven experience in building OD frameworks, competency models, and workforce strategies.
- Excellent skills in facilitation, communication, and managing stakeholders.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability, with a data-based approach.
- Experience working with engagement surveys, performance systems, and employee development programs.
- Ability to handle complex organizational projects and balance multiple priorities.
- Comfort working independently in a remote setup.
