Role Overview
Tata Consultancy Services is looking for an Oracle HRMS professional to join its Hyderabad team. This position is aimed at candidates with 6 to 12 years of experience who can contribute to HR operations using Oracle HRMS, with Oracle HCM Cloud considered a plus.
Experience and Domain Exposure
The role calls for familiarity with global HR and payroll workflows, along with a solid understanding of complete employee lifecycle processes. A certification in Oracle HRMS or HCM will be an added advantage.
Core Functional Knowledge
The selected candidate should have strong practical knowledge of Oracle HRMS (EBS) and be comfortable handling key HR modules such as Core HR, Payroll, and Absence Management.
Technical Awareness
Basic SQL knowledge is expected, along with awareness of Oracle HRMS tables. The role also requires experience working alongside technical teams on customizations and report development, including BI and XML Publisher reports.
