Oracle EBS HCM Consultant

Role Overview

This is an on-site Oracle EBS HCM Consultant position based in Qatar. The role is focused on supporting and implementing Oracle EBS human capital management modules for client projects.

Key Module Experience

The consultant should be experienced across the following Oracle EBS areas:

• Core HR
• Payroll
• SSHR
• PMS
• OLM
• REC

Project Exposure

The candidate must have worked on at least three end-to-end projects covering Oracle EBS HCM implementations or support assignments.

Client Interaction

The role requires active participation in meetings and discussions with the client, along with the ability to communicate requirements and support decisions effectively.

Documentation

Experience with OUM documentation is required for this assignment.

Support Responsibilities

The consultant should be capable of supporting the listed Oracle EBS modules and troubleshooting functional issues as needed.
