Operations Associate - Fresher

About the role

This is a full-time, on-site operations position based in Bangalore, Karnataka. The role focuses on coordinating store launch activities across multiple cities and helping ensure each location is prepared to open on schedule in line with business growth plans.

What you'll do

• Plan and run end-to-end launch operations for new stores across different cities, keeping opening timelines on track.
• Assess geographic, demographic, and demand patterns to define and manage service areas that improve reach and delivery performance.
• Handle onboarding activities for new store locations and support smooth operational setup.
• Maintain readiness checklists and monitor milestone progress so all launch prerequisites are completed before go-live.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to remove blockers and protect launch schedules.
• Create and update scalable SOPs, playbooks, and trackers to bring consistency to the store launch process across regions.
• Track launch outcomes, review performance, and identify areas where operations can be improved.
• Use launch and operational data to support informed decision-making and process refinement.

Requirements

Applicants should hold a bachelor's degree in any discipline and be comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. A background in logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, quick commerce, or operations through prior work or internships will be considered helpful. Familiarity with GIS tools, mapping software, or spatial data analysis is preferred. Basic exposure to SQL and/or Python for analysis, reporting, or process improvement is an added advantage. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, communication skills, and stakeholder coordination are important for success in this role. The position also suits someone who is self-driven, adaptable, and able to perform well in a fast-paced environment. No prior experience is required.
