What you will do

  • Manage daily and weekly client batch file updates in coordination with account managers, implementation teams, and clients.
  • Investigate member, file, and data issues through research, processing, manual corrections, and analysis, then resolve integration and data quality problems.
  • Apply working knowledge of the PBM platform, file integration standards, application behavior, and client-specific setups.
  • Use knowledge of pharmacy benefit administration, eligibility, accumulators, and system configuration to support accurate processing.

Qualifications and experience
