Role overview
We are looking for a meticulous, analytical Operations Analyst to join the team at an entry to mid-level capacity. The position focuses on improving operational performance, strengthening internal processes, and using data to guide business decisions across the organization.
What you will do
- Review operational workflows, procedures, and performance information to uncover patterns, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
- Gather, check, and interpret operational data from a variety of sources.
- Build reports, dashboards, KPI scorecards, and presentation materials for management.
- Track operational metrics and turn findings into insights that support decision-making.
- Perform root-cause analysis and suggest corrective as well as preventive actions.
- Contribute to process enhancement, automation, and operational efficiency projects.
- Work with teams across operations, finance, HR, IT, logistics, and customer service.
- Assist with planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation of projects.
- Create and update SOPs, workflow documents, and other operational records.
- Support forecasting, resource planning, capacity analysis, and productivity reviews.
- Maintain accuracy, consistency, and reliability in operational data and reporting.
- Take part in continuous-improvement efforts aimed at strengthening overall effectiveness.
What we are looking for
- Prior exposure to operations, business analysis, process improvement, data analysis, or a similar area is preferred.
- Strong capability in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and critical reasoning.
- Hands-on proficiency in Microsoft Excel for analysis, reporting, and visualization.
- Working knowledge of tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or comparable analytics platforms is an advantage.
- Understanding of business operations, workflows, and performance measurement concepts.
- Strong precision and comfort working with large datasets.
- Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Well-developed organizational and documentation skills.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
