Role overview

Boots Ireland is looking for a No7 Advisor in County Laois to represent the No7 brand in store. This role is suited to someone who is enthusiastic about skincare and makeup, enjoys helping customers feel more confident, and wants to develop recognised expertise in beauty.

No7 has spent more than 90 years combining advanced skincare science with modern beauty solutions. As part of the team, you will help customers with trusted advice, personalised service and a premium in-store experience that supports both brand growth and customer confidence.

What you will do

In this position, you will support customers through every stage of their skincare and beauty journey. You will use product knowledge, demonstrations and consultations to provide tailored advice, build loyalty and contribute to sales performance.

• Take part in the award-winning 12-month Skin School programme and work toward a CIBTAC qualification recognised in the beauty industry.
• Carry out individual skincare and beauty consultations using tools and technology.
• Explain the science behind No7 products in a simple, customer-friendly way.
• Provide makeup guidance, including shade matching, product demos and routine recommendations.
• Help drive sales by promoting offers, new launches and innovations, and by meeting targets.
• Develop strong, lasting relationships that encourage repeat visits and customer loyalty.
• Work closely with the wider Boots team to deliver excellent service and strong commercial outcomes.
• Keep the No7 counter neat, attractive and aligned with the premium brand image.

What you need

• Real interest in skincare and makeup, with a desire to help people feel good about themselves.
• Confidence in speaking with customers and in applying skincare and beauty products.
• A positive approach to selling and a willingness to contribute to team targets.
• Clear and friendly communication skills, with the ability to explain information simply.
• A proactive mindset and eagerness to keep learning about products and beauty trends.
• Enthusiasm for representing No7 and supporting a heritage brand that continues to innovate.

Preferred experience

• Previous experience working with customers.
• Experience applying skincare and beauty products on customers.

Development and progression

Boots Ireland offers training in skin biology, ingredients and makeup techniques within a supportive environment that encourages growth. Career paths may include Counter Manager, Assistant Manager, or other beauty-related opportunities across Boots and the wider No7 Beauty Company.

Experienced, high-performing Advisors may also be considered for a 6-month development programme designed to build leadership capability, confidence and personal brand. Completion does not guarantee promotion, but it is intended to prepare participants for future progression.
