Role overview

Join Halfords Garage Services as a qualified MOT Tester at one of the new Fusion centres in Cirencester. The site is being upgraded with modern facilities to support a high-quality customer experience and a strong working environment.

Pay and earnings

• Target earnings can reach up to £42,770.
• Basic salary is between £32,970 and £36,770.
• An uncapped monthly bonus can add around £6,000 annually on average.
• There is also an employee referral scheme that can provide extra earnings, subject to terms and conditions.

What the role involves

When you are not carrying out MOT tests, you will support the workshop with light vehicle maintenance and work as part of the wider team to keep operations running smoothly.

Skills and experience

• Valid MOT testing licence is required.
• Full driving licence with no more than 9 points.
• Comfortable working collaboratively and helping the workshop team when needed.
• Light vehicle maintenance knowledge.
• Customer-focused approach.
