Mobile Handyman

Role Overview

An experienced handyman or multi-trade professional is needed to look after a portfolio of residential homes in a mobile, site-based position. This role suits someone who works well without supervision and brings a wide set of practical repair and maintenance abilities.

Working Pattern

The schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.

Compensation

The role offers a salary of £35,000 per year, along with a bonus linked to performance.

Support Provided

A company van and the tools required for the job will be supplied.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repair and upkeep work across several properties.
• Handle basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, decorating, and small electrical jobs.
• Work independently across different locations and manage your own day effectively.
• Deal with maintenance requests quickly, clearly, and in a professional manner.
• Complete all tasks to a consistently high standard.

Requirements

• Background in handyman work or multiple trades.
• Confidence and comfort when working alone.
• Valid full UK driving licence with a clean record.
• Good communication and practical problem-solving ability.
• Self-driven approach with strong organisation and time management.
