Role Overview

The agency is looking for a detail-oriented and self-directed Marketing Project Coordinator to assist the Project Management team with planning, coordinating, and monitoring marketing and creative work from the initial kickoff stage through final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend kickoff meetings and capture project needs, timelines, and immediate next steps.

  • Check in with internal teams to help ensure commitments and deadlines are met.
  • Raise scheduling concerns or project risks to senior project managers when needed.
  • Assist project managers with integrated campaigns and creative assignments.
  • Support production coordination, vendor communication, and estimating while building knowledge of agency operations.
  • Learn production processes for print, direct mail, promotional products, and related workstreams.
  • Coordinate workflow across Creative, Digital, Content, and Account Services teams.
  • Review incoming requests against briefs to confirm completeness before they move forward.
  • Route work through review, revision, approval, and production stages.
  • Keep project files, schedules, and status information current and accurate.
  • Help with resource planning and workload tracking across departments.
  • Act as a central communication link between internal teams.

Qualifications
