Amazon is hiring a proactive, customer-focused supervisor to guide and grow teams across the AMZL (Amazon Logistics) and FC (Fulfilment Center) environments. What you will do

  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop teams while building a positive, high-energy environment.
  • Support associate safety and ensure work follows Amazon health and safety standards.
  • Track operational metrics closely, investigate performance gaps, identify root causes, and put practical fixes in place.
  • Monitor KPIs regularly and drive continuous improvement across both AMZL and FC processes.
  • Spot opportunities to simplify workflows and improve efficiency without sacrificing quality or performance.
  • Use analytical thinking and dive-deep analysis to solve operational issues and strengthen core processes.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for main operational procedures.
  • Share daily metrics, highlight exceptions, and communicate clearly with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, exchange best practices, and coordinate with external agencies.
  • Make sound decisions quickly in a changing, high-pressure environment.
  • Use software and hardware tools to keep operations running smoothly, ensure teams have the right equipment, and coordinate repairs or replacements when needed.
  • Help introduce new systems and processes by gathering feedback and supporting rollout activities.
