Role Overview

Chandigarh University’s HR Department is hiring a Loan Executive for its Lucknow location. This position supports students in obtaining education loans by working closely with banks, financial institutions, students, and internal teams. The role centers on managing the loan journey efficiently, from document collection to final disbursement, while keeping the process compliant and well-coordinated.

Key Responsibilities

• Explain education loan procedures to students and parents in a clear and supportive manner.
• Liaise with banks and NBFCs to move loan applications through approval and processing stages.
• Review, organize, and maintain all loan-related documentation accurately.
• Monitor application status and prepare MIS reports for tracking and reporting.
• Respond to loan-related questions and help ensure funds are released on time.
• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with banking and finance partners.
• Follow university policies as well as banking norms and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a closely related discipline. A minimum of 1 year of experience in banking, education loans, or financial services is required. Strong communication, coordination, and MS Office proficiency are important for success in this role.
