About the Role
NestWood Realty is hiring a seasoned Lead Generation Specialist focused on real estate in Dubai. The person in this role will be responsible for attracting, screening, and improving the quality of leads across Dubai sales, leasing, off-plan, ready properties, commercial spaces, and property management services.
This opportunity suits someone who works best in a performance-oriented environment, has a solid grasp of the Dubai property landscape, and can convert online marketing activity into genuine business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, run, and continuously refine lead generation campaigns for real estate.
- Source and qualify leads for off-plan projects, ready homes, commercial properties, leasing, and property management opportunities.
- Handle acquisition efforts through Meta Ads, Google Ads, property listing portals, WhatsApp, email marketing, and landing pages.
- Assess lead quality using factors such as budget, preferred location, property category, timeline, and investment intent.
- Strengthen campaign outcomes by improving lead quality, cost per lead, and conversion performance.
- Work closely with the sales team so follow-up happens quickly and professionally.
- Keep CRM records updated and ensure lead statuses are maintained accurately.
- Build campaign reports that clearly summarize results, insights, and next-step recommendations.
- Track Dubai market movement, buyer preferences, developer launches, and popular communities.
- Assist the marketing team with audience targeting, campaign messaging, and creative guidance.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of verified lead generation experience within Dubai real estate.
- Strong familiarity with Dubai developers, communities, off-plan developments, ready inventory, and investor behavior.
- Practical experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, property portals, CRM systems, and WhatsApp-based marketing.
- Good understanding of CPL, lead quality, funnel improvement, and campaign performance analysis.
- Ability to distinguish serious buyers, investors, tenants, landlords, and property owners.
- Strong communication, follow-up, and reporting abilities.
- Highly organized, analytical, proactive, and motivated by targets.
- Fluent English communication is required.
- Knowledge of Arabic, Russian, French, Chinese, Hindi, or Urdu will be considered an advantage.

This position is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and is a full-time, onsite role.
