The company is expanding and is seeking a remote Lead Engagement Specialist to support its growth.
Role Overview
In this role, you will be among the first people a prospective client speaks with. You will connect with business owners, follow up on interested leads, arrange demos, guide customers through onboarding, and make sure each lead receives a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to inbound leads and assess whether they are a good fit
- Follow up with businesses that requested information or tested the AI receptionist trial
- Schedule product demonstrations and onboarding conversations
- Respond to customer queries across phone, email, and messaging channels
- Support customers throughout setup and onboarding
- Keep lead and customer interaction records accurate and up to date
- Develop strong working relationships with business owners and key decision-makers
- Support the conversion of interested prospects into long-term customers
- Collaborate with the founder to refine sales workflows and customer experience processes
What We’re Looking For
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Confidence in phone conversations with business owners
- Good organisational ability and consistent follow-up habits
- Ability to work effectively without close supervision in a remote setup
- A friendly, professional, and customer-first approach
- Quick learning ability for new tools and technology
Bonus Experience
- Background in customer success, sales, appointment setting, or account management
- Hands-on experience with CRMs and lead tracking platforms
