Junior Supply Chain Manager

Role overview

Campo Libre is looking for a junior supply chain professional who enjoys bringing order to complex processes, keeping multiple moving parts aligned, and helping products move smoothly from suppliers to warehouse to customers. This role focuses on building efficient, dependable, and scalable supply chain operations across ordering, logistics, warehousing, and fulfillment.

What you'll do

• Support supplier coordination, including production tracking and delivery timing.
• Help plan and schedule replenishment so stock arrives on time, taking into account inventory coverage, marketing activities, and seasonality across all sales channels.
• Work with the fulfillment provider on inbound and outbound goods, order status updates, and day-to-day operational issue resolution.
• Assist with data maintenance and selected accounting-related tasks.
• Prepare and maintain monthly reports and perform analyses that support business decisions.

What we're looking for

• Completed commercial training or a degree with a focus on supply chain management or logistics.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in purchasing, logistics, or fulfillment/3PL; exposure to Asian markets is a plus.
• Strong German and English skills; Chinese language ability is an advantage.
• A calm, structured working style and the ability to stay composed under pressure.
• High comfort with numbers and a very careful, detail-oriented approach.
• Interest in camping and outdoor products.
