Job Overview

EZSpace Ventures is hiring a Recruitment Specialist for its Kochi, Kerala office. This role is suited to a driven HR professional who can manage hiring across both IT and non-IT roles and support recruitment needs for multiple business areas.

Compensation

The monthly pay for this position is in the range of ₹20,000 to ₹30,000.

What You’ll Do

• Find suitable candidates using job portals, referrals, and professional networks.
• Review resumes and conduct first-round HR discussions.
• Arrange and coordinate interviews between applicants and hiring teams.
• Keep candidate records, hiring trackers, and recruitment databases up to date.
• Publish job advertisements and manage open requisitions.
• Stay in touch with candidates throughout the selection process.
• Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential talent for future openings.
• Help ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates from sourcing through onboarding.

What We’re Looking For

• A bachelor's degree in any stream.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Practical knowledge of candidate sourcing tools and recruitment platforms.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• The capability to handle several open roles at the same time.
• Comfort using MS Excel and recruitment/ATS tools.
