Role overview
G.James Windows & Doors in Narangba manufactures, supplies, and installs aluminium windows and doors for residential and commercial building projects across North Brisbane and nearby regions. The business is looking for a driven Installation Coordinator who can keep schedules organised, coordinate labour effectively, and help ensure customer needs are met while factory capacity is used efficiently.

What the role involves
- Organise, plan, and coordinate installation and service crews so work is completed on schedule and in line with Australian Standards.
- Work closely with production and factory teams to make sure jobs are completed fully and delivered on time.
- Keep installation timetables current and aligned with customer needs and business priorities.
- Stay in regular contact with customers to set expectations and manage installation timing.
- Support strong quality results by reducing rework and improving customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to team safety, performance, and efficiency while following company policies and procedures.
About you
You should be a practical, organised professional who enjoys managing moving parts and taking ownership of outcomes. Experience in windows, construction, manufacturing, or service-oriented environments is preferred. You’ll need solid admin and customer service capability, confidence with computer systems, and the ability to learn new software quickly. Strong written and verbal communication, excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills are important. A proactive approach and a genuine focus on customer relationships will help you succeed in this role.
