Information Technology Risk Manager

Role overview

This opportunity is for an experienced Technology Risk Assurance Manager to lead IT and cyber risk advisory work across a variety of sectors. The role sits within a growing consultancy practice in Dublin that is expanding its Irish business and is looking for someone who can guide teams, strengthen client relationships, and help shape the practice’s continued growth.

What you will do

• Lead a range of IT risk assurance and audit assignments from planning through delivery.
• Advise clients on IT governance, regulatory obligations, cybersecurity, and third-party risk matters.
• Work across compliance areas such as DORA, MiCAR, SOX, and GDPR.
• Support and coach more junior colleagues as they develop their skills.
• Draft and assess audit documentation, risk evaluations, and client-facing reports.
• Keep projects on track by managing schedules, budgets, and client communication.

Experience and background

• At least 5 years of experience in IT audit, technology risk, or cyber risk.
• Hands-on exposure to IT risk frameworks including COBIT, NIST, ISO 27001, and COSO.
• Proven ability to manage teams and handle client engagements.

Additional information
