ملازمت کی تفصیل
About the Role
Neon Rose is seeking a highly organized Coordinator who enjoys owning campaign execution from start to finish. This is a detail-heavy, process-focused role for someone who takes pride in keeping complex work moving smoothly, accurately, and on schedule.
The position is built for a person who prefers operational execution over ideation. Most of the work happens behind the scenes and involves keeping many moving pieces aligned across multiple campaigns, systems, and timelines.
What Success Looks Like
- You feel rewarded when a campaign launches cleanly and nothing slips through the cracks.
- You can manage several priorities at once and keep each one moving forward.
- People naturally rely on you for answers, updates, and follow-through.
- You enjoy tightening processes, finishing open loops, and making coordination feel effortless.
- When you review a brief, your first thoughts are about logistics, timing, and deliverables rather than creative direction.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign and deliverable execution
- Handle day-to-day campaign tasks, including content scheduling, live checks, analytics follow-ups, and invoicing.
- Submit applications for platform-based campaigns and manage each one through every stage of the process.
- Keep talent content calendars current so deadlines are met and deliverables stay accurate.
- Organize overlapping priorities and decide what needs immediate attention.
- Act as the connector between talent and brand or agency partners when edits or alignment are needed.
Client and talent communication
- Serve as a quick, solutions-oriented contact for routine brand and talent requests.
- Join calls, own follow-up items, and make sure open tasks are completed without repeated reminders.
- Communicate in a way that is warm, professional, and proactive.
Contracting and documentation
- Assist with reviewing, editing, and executing agreements between talent and brand partners.
- Keep records of deliverables, timelines, and campaign documentation accurate and current.
- Manage assigned roster activities with care, consistency, and attention to detail.
Team contribution
- Work as a dependable, collaborative teammate.
- Contribute to internal initiatives that help improve how the company operates.
Who You Are
- You are energized by operations and execution rather than idea generation.
- You think in systems and can create structure where it is missing or improve what already exists.
- You communicate clearly, quickly, and warmly so others feel supported.
- You bring experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or digital media; internship experience is acceptable.
- You understand that strong coordination is a real craft and want to keep building that expertise.
First 90 Days
- You are handling campaign tasks and communication with little supervision.
- Brands and talent recognize you and trust you to manage issues reliably.
- You are comfortable using Neon Rose’s systems, tools, and communication approach.
- Your Talent Managers view you as a crucial operational partner.
Growth at Neon Rose
Neon Rose values mastery and expects coordinators to grow into stronger experts in campaign operations over time. As experience builds, you may take on more complex rosters, higher-stakes client relationships, increased independence, mentoring responsibilities, process improvement work, and senior coordinator duties.
There is also a management track for people who show both strong operational performance and real interest in talent development, business strategy, and team leadership. However, the company hires Coordinators to excel as Coordinators first, so this role is best suited to someone who is excited about that path on its own.
How to Apply
Applicants should submit a resume and a short cover letter explaining their interest in the role and how their experience fits the position.
