About the Internship

This internship provides hands-on experience in comprehensive recruitment processes and HR operations at Ossisto Global, a seasoned technology services company focusing on manufacturing and IT sectors globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruitment activities from job posting to onboarding.
• Publish vacancies across job boards and social media channels effectively.
• Conduct candidate searches and initial screenings using various databases and job portals.
• Organize interview schedules and liaise between candidates and hiring teams.
• Assist in welcoming and integrating new employees through onboarding support.
• Keep meticulous records using hiring trackers and prepare regular HR reports.

Candidate Profile and Eligibility

• Applicants must be able to commit to a full-time, in-office internship.
• The internship start date should fall between July 10, 2026, and August 14, 2026.
• A minimum commitment of 3 months is required.
• Prospective interns should possess relevant skills and demonstrate genuine interest in HR functions.
• Previous internship experience in HR roles is strongly preferred.

Stipend and Benefits

• Monthly stipend ranging between INR 8999 and INR 9000.
• Certification provided upon successful completion of the internship.
• Workweek consists of five working days.
