What you'll do
- Oversee housekeeping operations and help ensure guest rooms and public areas meet expected standards.
- Lead, guide, and support a large team of housekeepers in their day-to-day work.
- Help coordinate work effectively so rooms and areas are serviced efficiently.
- Maintain attention to detail across cleaning quality, presentation, and comfort.
- Assist with resolving operational issues calmly and professionally.
What we're looking for
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in hospitality, ideally in housekeeping.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills, along with the ability to inspire and coordinate a team.
- Good planning, organisation, and troubleshooting ability with a sharp eye for detail.
- Confidence in managing a variety of situations with professionalism, discretion, and diplomacy.
- Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, depending on business needs.
