What you'll do

• Oversee housekeeping operations and help ensure guest rooms and public areas meet expected standards.
• Lead, guide, and support a large team of housekeepers in their day-to-day work.
• Help coordinate work effectively so rooms and areas are serviced efficiently.
• Maintain attention to detail across cleaning quality, presentation, and comfort.
• Assist with resolving operational issues calmly and professionally.

What we're looking for

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in hospitality, ideally in housekeeping.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills, along with the ability to inspire and coordinate a team.
• Good planning, organisation, and troubleshooting ability with a sharp eye for detail.
• Confidence in managing a variety of situations with professionalism, discretion, and diplomacy.
• Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, depending on business needs.
