Role Overview

Integral Foundation School in Hyderabad is looking for a Hindi Teacher to deliver structured, engaging language instruction for school students. The role involves teaching Hindi as either a first language or second language, following the State Board syllabus and the school academic calendar.

What You Will Do

• Plan and conduct Hindi classes using methods suited to the age and level of the students.
• Design lesson plans, worksheets, and other teaching resources that support the learning goals.
• Administer class tests and unit assessments, then review answer sheets promptly.
• Track student performance and discuss progress with parents during PTMs.
• Support learners who need extra help through remedial teaching and guidance.
• Take part in Hindi-related co-curricular activities such as debates, elocution, essay writing, and Hindi Diwas events.
• Promote good discipline and maintain a positive classroom atmosphere.
• Work with the academic coordinator and other teachers on curriculum planning and school programs.
• Handle school records and routine documentation such as attendance, report cards, and related administrative work.

Candidate Profile

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Hindi, along with a B.Ed., is required.
• Applicants should ideally have 1 to 2 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school; strong freshers may also be considered.
• Strong fluency in both spoken and written Hindi is important.
• The ability to create lively, student-centered lessons is preferred.
• Familiarity with activity-based and experiential teaching approaches will be an added advantage.
• Good communication skills and a cooperative, team-oriented approach are expected.

Compensation and Benefits
