Growth Advisor

Role overview

Sharp Group is hiring Growth Advisors to help expand the business by spotting promising prospects and building productive relationships with potential clients. In this position, you will act as a link between the market, the sales team, and management.

Your core focus will be reaching out to businesses and potential customers, understanding what they need, and supporting the team in closing deals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new prospects and partnership opportunities.
• Reach out to leads by phone, email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with potential clients.
• Contribute actively to the company’s growth strategy.

What we are looking for

The ideal candidate communicates clearly, feels confident speaking with clients and partners, and brings a proactive, results-driven mindset. Strong organization and time management skills are important, along with ambition to grow professionally. A basic command of English and an interest in sales, business, marketing, or consulting are also expected.

No previous experience is required; the company provides support to help you develop.

Work arrangement

This role can be taken on a part-time or full-time basis. The schedule is flexible, and the position offers strong growth potential.
