GCP Infrastructure Engineer

Role overview

This position is for an experienced cloud infrastructure professional who will build and support enterprise-grade solutions on Google Cloud Platform. The role focuses on infrastructure architecture, deployment automation, reliability, and operational documentation for a Bengaluru-based setup.

What you will do

• Plan, deploy, and operate cloud infrastructure on GCP with Terraform as the primary automation tool.
• Work closely with teams across the business to understand infrastructure needs and turn them into workable technical solutions.
• Keep cloud systems highly available, scalable, and secure by continuously monitoring them and carrying out preventive maintenance.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation covering infrastructure architecture, system configuration, and deployment steps.

Requirements

• 7 to 12 years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering with strong exposure to GCP architecture.
• Hands-on capability with Terraform for designing and deploying infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform.
• Working knowledge of VMware virtualization, especially VMware vSphere, will be an added advantage.
• Experience supporting large enterprise environments with complex networking setups.
