Responsibilities

• Oversee the work of staff members, including apprentices, stage hands, design team members, and similar roles.
• Allocate duties to sales workers.
• Recruit staff and provide training, or organize training arrangements for them.
• Create and manage work schedules.
• Direct and coordinate day-to-day employee activities.
• Handle cash operations.
• Carry out employee performance evaluations.
• Oversee office staff and volunteers.
