Fleet Coordinator

Role Overview

This position supports the smooth running of daily fleet activities by organizing vehicle use, keeping track of condition and usage, and helping field teams operate effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange vehicle dispatches and allocate vehicles according to operational needs.
• Check vehicle status regularly and flag any defects or maintenance concerns.
• Assist operational staff during field-based assignments and activities.
• Help ensure trips follow planned routes and timing requirements.
• Keep movement logs and other basic operational records updated.

Requirements

• Completion of SSC is required.
• 3 to 4 years of relevant work experience in Qatar.
• Comfortable communicating in English.
• Strong familiarity with local roads, routes, and driving conditions.
• Prior experience handling medium-sized vehicles.
• Must be physically fit and able to work outdoors and in shifts.
• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance is needed.
