Overview
This is a commercially focused accounting and FP&A position based in Dublin, where you will help improve business performance through high-quality analysis, reporting, and commercial support. Reporting to the CFO, you will take ownership of a major part of the operation and work with a small support team to deliver accurate financial results and actionable insights.

Key responsibilities
- Take the lead on FP&A work across the assigned business area.
- Carry out detailed financial analysis, including weekly KPI reporting.
- Build, refine, and maintain financial models.
- Partner with commercial teams to prepare and assess business proposals.
- Review existing financial systems, controls, and workflows and recommend improvements.
- Perform margin analysis to support performance management.
- Prepare budgeting and forecasting outputs.
- Maintain and manage relationships with investors and lenders.
Candidate profile
To succeed in this role, you should be a qualified accountant with relevant commercial experience. Experience in a private-equity-backed environment would be an advantage. You will also need strong technical ability, excellent communication and people skills, and the confidence to work independently with minimal supervision.
