Role Overview

The Finance Manager will oversee the hotel’s financial activities, ensure strong control over finances, maintain profitability, and support leadership with reliable financial insight for business planning and performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build annual budgets, forecasts, and business plans, and track departmental spending against them.
  • Review budget variances and explain differences between expected and actual results.
  • Prepare financial updates on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
  • Create profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Share financial performance findings with hotel leadership and ownership.

Requirements
