Finance Manager

Overview

We are hiring a Finance Manager for a fast-growing real estate company based in Dubai. This position is suited to a finance professional who can manage core accounting functions, strengthen internal controls, and keep the business aligned with UAE regulatory and statutory requirements.

Core responsibilities

The role covers accurate financial reporting, audit coordination, VAT and Corporate Tax compliance, and ongoing adherence to accounting standards. Alongside the technical accounting work, the Finance Manager will support business performance through planning, analysis, and commercial finance activities.

You will also contribute to budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and cash flow oversight. A key part of the job is to prepare performance reports, provide meaningful business insights, evaluate investments, review project profitability, and help senior management make informed strategic decisions.

Candidate profile

The ideal applicant should be a professionally qualified accountant with substantial finance experience. Background in real estate, property development, or construction is preferred. Strong familiarity with UAE accounting standards, tax rules, and compliance expectations is essential, along with solid experience in FP&A and commercial finance.
