F&B Service Expert

Role Overview

This position is focused on creating a memorable dining experience rather than simply serving meals. The guest service expert supports food and beverage service with attentiveness, professionalism, and a strong guest-first approach, helping each transaction feel like part of the overall experience.

Core Duties

• Prepare tables and ensure the dining area is ready for guests.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and communicate service needs clearly.
• Interact with guests and provide food and beverage service throughout the meal.
• Keep work areas and service supplies clean, organized, and ready for use.
• Contribute to a smooth guest experience by handling service tasks proactively.

Work Standards and Physical Requirements

The role requires consistently upholding a safe workplace, following company rules and procedures, maintaining quality standards, and presenting a professional appearance and manner of communication.

The job involves extended periods of standing, sitting, and walking, including movement across sloped, uneven, or slippery surfaces. It also requires reading and checking menu information, and handling physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, stooping, and moving items weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance.

Preferred Qualifications

A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred. Prior related work experience of less than 1 year is acceptable. No supervisory experience is required, and no license or certification is needed.
