About the role
We are hiring an Experian PowerCurve Collections (PCC) Developer to work remotely from India. The position calls for a professional with 4 to 8 years of experience, ideally with exposure to banking or financial services. The role focuses on hands-on PCC development, configuration, and integration work within the collections domain.
Role summary
The selected candidate will build and adapt solutions in Experian PowerCurve Collections, shape collection strategies and workflows, and contribute to business rules, decision logic, and treatment paths. The job also includes customization, integration with external systems, and support across testing, deployment, and production troubleshooting.
Key responsibilities
- Configure and develop solutions in Experian PowerCurve Collections (PCC).
- Create and refine collection strategies, workflows, and treatment paths.
- Work on business rules, decision logic, and related automation.
- Customize the platform and deliver enhancements as needed.
- Integrate PCC with external applications through APIs.
- Collaborate with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Assist with testing, deployment, and resolution of production issues.
Skills and technical background
The ideal profile should bring strong knowledge of PCC, the collections or debt management domain, and practical experience with Java, SQL, APIs, workflow configuration, rule engines, and system integration using REST or SOAP. Familiarity with banking processes is also expected.
Preferred background
Experience in banking or NBFC projects, along with exposure to Agile ways of working, will be considered an advantage. Strong analytical thinking, clear communication, and the ability to perform in a fast-moving environment are also important.
Eligibility
Applicants must have at least 4 years of experience. Candidates from Computer Science Engineering backgrounds are eligible to apply. The employer has indicated a preference for candidates with relevant PCC exposure.
Compensation
The annual salary range is INR 12,00,000 to INR 18,00,000.
