Role Overview
This contract opportunity is for a highly organized Executive Assistant / People Business Partnerships Coordinator who will support the People Business Partner team for a company operating in the San Francisco Bay Area. The assignment is remote, with the option to work from the LA or San Francisco office area, and is expected to run for 6+ months with a possibility of extension.
The role is centered on enabling HR leadership through dependable administrative, reporting, and operational support. The successful candidate will help prepare materials, manage documentation, and carry out manual steps in key HR processes. This position suits someone who is proactive, detail-focused, and comfortable working behind the scenes to keep approvals, reporting, and projects moving smoothly.
What You'll Be Supporting
- Providing administrative assistance to the People Business Partner team and HR leadership.
- Preparing materials and building polished executive-level presentations.
- Handling documentation, reporting, and other operational tasks tied to HR workflows.
- Managing manual processes and helping maintain momentum on approvals and project follow-ups.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders while maintaining a trusted and professional presence.
Experience and Work Style
The role calls for around 5 years of experience in HR coordination, business operations, or administrative support. Candidates should be able to manage a high volume of detail-sensitive work, stay organized across competing priorities, and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams. Tools and Capabilities
