Job Summary

The company is looking for a Draftsman to join the team and assist the design and engineering functions by producing accurate technical drawings and construction documentation for real estate development projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed technical drawings and shop drawings in line with project requirements.
• Update and revise drawings whenever design changes or project revisions are needed.
• Work closely with engineers, architects, and consultants to maintain drawing precision.
• Store and organize drawing files and related technical documents in a structured manner.
• Follow company standards and project specifications throughout all drafting work.
• Assist project teams with drafting tasks and documentation support.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or a closely related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in drafting and preparing technical drawings.
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and other relevant drafting tools.
• Background in real estate development, construction, or engineering projects.
• Good understanding of engineering and architectural drawings.
• Ability to prepare, modify, and refresh drawings based on project demands.
• High attention to detail and strong accuracy in work output.
• Comfortable working with multidisciplinary teams.

Work Location

This position is based in Dhahran, Eastern, Saudi Arabia and is on-site.
