What the role involves

• Create a strong first and last impression for residents, families, and visitors by greeting them with professionalism, warmth, and courtesy.
• Coordinate closely with the Lobby Host and Concierge teams so resident and guest requests are handled smoothly and consistently.
• Assist with luggage handling, including delivery and collection when needed.
• Maintain seamless communication with colleagues to support a consistent guest journey across all touchpoints.
• Deliver service aligned with the property’s values and the “We Care” philosophy, bringing a personalized and attentive approach at all times.
• Stay visibly present, attentive, and well presented throughout the shift.
• Work on foot for long periods and operate outdoors in changing weather conditions.
• Support smooth arrivals and departures while keeping focus, energy, and professionalism high throughout the day.

Candidate profile

• You should bring a friendly manner, a refined presentation, and a genuine interest in luxury hospitality.
• Previous experience of 1 to 2 years in a similar position or a customer-facing role within a luxury hotel or residential setting is expected.
• Strong verbal communication skills are important, along with the ability to engage confidently with residents, guests, and coworkers.
• You should be comfortable working independently with limited supervision while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
• Accuracy, reliability, discretion, and a professional attitude are important for success in this position.
• English fluency is required for day-to-day work; additional languages are considered beneficial.
