About the role

Tommy Bahama is looking for a Dishwasher to support kitchen operations at its Naples, Florida location. This role is part of a fast-growing restaurant team where colleagues work together to deliver strong food and beverage experiences while building careers in a supportive, professional setting.

What you’ll do

• Work closely with the team to support both operational efficiency and culinary success.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and other kitchen tools and equipment.
• Keep the dish area neat, orderly, and well maintained throughout the shift.
• Help uphold cleanliness and food-safety standards across the kitchen by following required sanitation practices.
• Contribute to a collaborative environment that supports guest service and sales goals.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, polished, and energetic workplace.

Requirements

• Ability to frequently lift or move items weighing up to about 50 pounds.
• Frequent bending, stooping, and kneeling are part of the job.
• Must be able to stand for the full shift on a routine basis.
• Comfortable handling equipment and tools such as a hand cart, blenders, knives, slicers, wine keys, and similar kitchen tools.
• Work schedules are based on business needs.
