Role Overview

Bafleh Jewellery is looking for a Diamond Assorter in Dubai to manage diamond sorting and grading for jewellery production and client-specific needs. The role focuses on evaluating stones accurately, keeping inventory records updated, and ensuring diamonds are handled securely and in line with company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess diamonds and classify them by carat, cut, color, clarity, shape, and size.
• Select and pair diamonds to meet jewellery manufacturing needs and customer specifications.
• Examine stones for quality issues and spot any mismatches, flaws, or irregularities.
• Keep detailed and reliable records of sorted diamonds and stock movement.
• Handle, label, and store diamonds safely and securely.
• Coordinate with production, inventory, and purchasing teams as needed.
• Adhere to internal quality controls and security protocols at all times.
