Department Manager

Role overview

As a Department Manager, you will guide and motivate your team while helping create a workplace where collaboration, inclusion, and an entrepreneurial mindset can flourish. By working according to the company’s values, you will support both your own performance and the store’s overall success.

What you will do

• Steer your department toward excellent customer experiences by maintaining strong operational and visual presentation standards, while also driving product promotion and sales.
• Own the performance of your store and department by reviewing sales results, spotting commercial opportunities, setting objectives, and building action plans to improve results, profitability, and stock control.
• Oversee workforce planning, roster management, and smooth opening and closing procedures.
• Hire, welcome, and develop team members while promoting an inclusive, cooperative environment that encourages growth and new ideas.
• Keep up with current fashion trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to stay commercially strong.
• Serve as a positive representative of both yourself and the brand in every customer interaction.

Who you will work with

Store teams are central to the business and are the place where customers experience the brand directly. In the store environment, you will work alongside Sales Advisors, Department Managers, Store Managers, Visual Merchandisers, Assistant Store Managers, Cash Office Responsible, and Delivery Responsible in larger stores. You will also collaborate with the wider Area Team to exchange knowledge and support success across stores. Together, you will help customers feel confident and express their style through current trends and timeless fashion.
